1.2 Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC)
The UCB Code of Conduct encompass, amongst others, core principles and behaviors aiming at mitigating the risks related to bribery and corruption as well as human rights infringement.

UCB and its colleagues are required to comply with all applicable laws and to respect human rights and act with due diligence to avoid infringing on the rights of others, as expressed by the International Bill of Human Rights and the principles set

As from 2018, UCB developed and established Guidelines for “Ethical Decision Making” (“EDM”).
1.5 Product responsibility
UCB takes the safety of our products seriously and has an internal process to oversee the review of safety information for medicines in development by UCB as well as for our core products.
1.6 Patient and drug safety
All of UCB’s products are subject to an ongoing beneﬁt-risk assessment to ensure product labeling and safety information is kept up to date.
